I need to analyze HbA1c level on the visit date with periodic intervals date suggested by doctor and the actual visit dates by the patients. this will be longitudinal data to be analyzed using Marco-Chain, ending up with a prediction of HbA1c level on the date suggested by the doctor by using reading taken on the actual visit dates.
I browsed the net and YouTube, there is no clear guidance on the prediction and interpretation of results. For example, when we do logistic regression, we build a model, test the model, validate it, and once satisfied, we use the model to make a prediction.
There is a clear flow, I could not get to that point in the Morkov-chain analysis.
Could someone guide me. Thank you very much in advance
