Hello! I would like to conduct a meta analysis in R using odds ratios, while assigning weight to a study based on the sample size using the fixed effects model. I do not have the individual number of outcomes in each group but only the OR of each study. I am able to produce on output but the weight of the study is not based on sample size. Can someone hehlp me, or point me towards a useful tutorial? Thank you in advance!
