Metagenomic plots

Hello RStudio Community!!!

Well, I need to do a metagenomic analysis relating taxonomic and functional profiles. Somebody knows what kind of graphs that I can do?

I thought about combining graphics ...as staked bar plot and pie chart. Somebody know some tutorial to do this in R?
