MikTex for RStudio

I am trying to find MikTex complete in the internet, but I can only find MikTex basic. Does any one know where to find MikTex complete?

Yes, on the MiKTeX web site Getting MiKTeX, go to the "All downloads" tab and choose "MiKTeX Setup Utility"
Have in mind that currently the recommended way of getting a Tex distribution for Rmarkdown is the tinytex package.
