Hi,
I'm relatively new to R and I've downloaded the most recent version to teach myself. When I open RStudio though I only get the console pane and nothing else. Nothing's minimised and there's no option to view panes in the tool bar. Can anyone help? My searches so far have come up empty.
You have only downloaded R but you are describing the RStudio IDE, it is a separate software, you can download it from here
