I have a table where rows correspond to observation (a site) trough time (site 1 at time 1, 2 and 3; same for others sites) and in columns a lot of quantitative variables such as temperature, conductivity, number of animals, etc (total of 10 variables I think). However in this table I have a lot of NA's in each column because I couldn't measure every variable for each period of time. With the classic PCA (function dudi.pca in ade4 package) I have to remove NA's but I am loosing a lof of rows (almost everything) so I was wondering if there is a multivariate analysis which include NA's and which will be similar to a PCA.
