If you show us your code, and maybe your data, it will be easier to help.
There's nothing obviously wrong with what you've done. For more help debugging post your code with copy/paste and enough of your data to reproduce the problem with dput() and then copy and paste.
i don't seem to understand, but I have actually applied this code to some other data and the output was olay, but its just this data that am having this output
