My Kruskal Wallis result is significant, yet all of the post-hoc results are insignificant?

Hi!

So I'm doing a Kruskal Wallis for an assignment. I've done it, and the result is 0.03747, which is significant (we work with p-value 0.05). I've then done a post-hoc (pairewise.wilcox.test) as this is the one we've been told to use.
England North America
North America 0.435 -
Rest of UK 0.099 0.188

I find it weird that my KW says there is a significant difference, yet none of the post-hoc results are significant?

Have I interpreted this wrong, or have I done something wrong?
