My normality plot and Shapiro's test say different things

Hello all,

I have an LMER, and I want to check for normality; my plots show this:

However, the Shapiro test says this:

	Shapiro-Wilk normality test

data:  resid(lmerabsolute)
W = 0.97875, p-value = 3.751e-06```

What do I do? I would be so grateful for some advice!
