My R executes but it simply doesn't work! Stay frozen in the big blue R icon screen on Win10, anyone, please help me!

I have the same symptom. I just right click the start menu of R and click Rstudio, and another R starts on my desktop. win10.
If I want to erase the big blue icon, just put the curser on the start menu of R and click X of the icon.
