My R studio -1. 3.1093 is not opening in my windows 8..getting an error "(0*c000007b).. Please help me to fix it.

Error Information:

Description of issue - I have installed R studio 1.3.1093 in my windows 8.1 but it is not opening.

Attempted steps taken to fix - have uninstalled and reinstalled, have disabled the antivirus too..still getting the same error.
