The successful candidate will work with Dr Gloryn Chia on validating cancer vaccine candidates under a project on Cancer vaccines.
We are recruiting a highly motivated Bioinformatics Research Fellow to work with a team of researchers in the areas of cancer and immunology, in particular, to design and develop personalized cancer vaccines for clinical applications. The candidate should possess prior expertise in RNA-seq and DNA-seq data analyses, pipeline development and algorithm implementation/development.
Qualifications
PhD in computational biology/bioinformatics.
Skills: Extensive knowledge and experience in working with a variety of NGS datasets, pipeline development and algorithm development.
