Need help in plotting data and coming to conclusion

I run a Digital Marketing agency named Simsons DMA and we are obsessed with who is coming to our website and what they do during their visit. This challenge requires us to look at data similar to that which Analytics teams at Simsons would use to assess the overall performance of the business.
The data set is a fictional representation of actual data sets that we work with. We need help in performing uni-variate descriptive analysis on the variables and also a short description explaining any insights or trends that can help us take better decisions. It will be great if a senior programmer can help us with 3-4 graphs, data tables, and other helpful visuals to communicate your discoveries. This will help us in taking business decision.
