I have Rstudio version Version 1.1.463 on a Mac. I start a new project in a new folder but the .Rhistory file seems to default to the folder of my previous project. There does not seem to be a setting to adjust this to use the current folder.
I have not closed my project since starting it.
Does this mean the history of all my commands is going to appear in the other project?
After I closed the project the first time, everything saved where I expected them to be saved so all good.
