I have a CSV file with location information and other data such as price of products at different locations. I want to perform a spatio-temporal point pattern analysis but as I'm new to R any guide would be appreciated.

Geocomputation with R is freely available online and regularly updated by its authors
In the introduction they also link to the splancs package "for display and analysis of spatial point pattern data."
