NMDS, grouping by two variables

Hello! I am trying to do a NMDS graph that cluster my data per season and habitat (like in the photo attached).

I am using metaMDS, bray distance.

I have been able to do the graph by season and habitat, separately. Does anybody know a function that will allow me to cluster my data using both variables at the same time?
