R package is showing instructions/message
Preparing data import requires an updated version of the Rcpp package.
I have installed new version then also same Message/instruction is running on loop
If you keep getting the same error message then you haven't updated Rcpp successfully, please post the complete console output you get when run the install command so we can take a look at the problem.
install.packages("Rcpp")
