Not able to publish to shiny using Rstudio

...When am trying to publish an app , it gives me an error while doing a Connect aco■■■■ setting up the token in Rstudio
It gives me an error :

SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

Can you please help in fixing this . Am running R version 3.4.3
