Not sure which nonparametric test to run

Hi all,

I am stuck on what test to run - I am looking at the effect of handing on spiders.

I am comparing the enclosure usage (zone1;zone2;zone3) of spiders (5 individuals) between different handling days (groups 1,2,3). I tested for normality by a simple histogram, my data is definitely non-normal, even after arcsine transformation.

So I have 3 interacting dependent variables (the 3 enclosure zone proportions that add up to 100%). I want to know if the independent variables differ between days (fixed effect). I want to control for the individual spiders (random effects).

I really have no idea on what test to use... could anyone offer any advice, please?
