Oceanographic Data Analysis

I want to do oceanographic data analysis. Like bathymetry, temperature, salinity, oxygen, temperature, and salinity diagram, SST, SSS. Any suggestions?

For methods, have you had a look at this book? A lot of examples use SST.

I did the Temperature and Salinity diagram. But I want to learn more.
