I am experiencing a problem where running any simple code results in only the first line being shown in the console and a wait time of 2-3 minutes before the code is executed.

I get the following message when analyzing the wait chain of rsession.exe

"One or more threads of rsession.exe are waiting to finish network I/O"

"rsession.exe(PID:7860) Thread: 8792"

Rstudio Version 1.4.1120

R Version 4.0.5
