Opening Outlook emails saved to desktop

Hey Team.

I have hundreds of outlook emails in a folder on my desktop. Each email contains an excel file. The excel files have unique file name but the headers in the table are the same.

Can I use R to build a table/csv that pulls the sender's name, body of email and table data contained in the attachment? I do now wish to like Rstudio to my Outlook Email.
