Outline doesn't show anything past a verbatim block having another code block inside

By the following example, Caption and First subcaption are shown in Outline but Second subcaption isn't shown in Outline as it follows the verbatim block that has another code block inside.

Caption

First subcaption

```{bash eval = FALSE}
ssh-keygen

```

Second subcaption

It's impossible to write here the exact example. Just put the visible code block into a verbatim block and see yourself!
