I have a pretty long rmarkdown document which gets converted to a blogdown post. Some of the code chunks take considerable time to run and I would like to accelerate these chunks. But before going through each individual chunk, I was wondering whether there is a package, add-in etc. which provides me with the time which each r-chunk needs to run. Something like benchmark but for all chunks and per chunk.
