Package giving issue while deploying on RConnect

While pushing the rshiny app on rconnect getting below issue-

ibRlapack.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory\nCalls: ... asNamespace -> loadNamespace -> library.dynam -> dyn.load\nExecution halted\nERROR: lazy loading failed for package ‘survival’\n* removing ‘/opt/rstudio-connect/mnt/app/packrat/lib/x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu/4.1.1/survival’"

Could someone pls help me in resolving it.
