Hi there! I'm a bench researcher, and I do my analyses on a lab computer mostly. I've had issues with reproducibility where people will want to go back and look at past projects, and run into conflicts due to package updates. I like the idea of packrat, and I've tried to turn my current project into a packrat project. However, I've noticed that it installs large packages from other users that I've never personally used (ex Cell Ranger). I'm using R 3.6.3 and RStudio 1.1.423. I'm sure this is a simple fix, but I'm not sure how to set this up properly. Thanks!
