Pandoc error 99 when generating HTML

I´ve tried all paths to include a figure on a document.

I have 2 questions:

first one: now its working fine when i generate a pdf file, however, when using comand, the image appears on the top of my generated document, not where i inserted it on the document.

second: when i try to generate a html file, the error: Pandoc could not find any image in this path, and error 99 still apears to me. Even if the pdf creation is fine.
