Pandoc error RStudio 3.6.2

Hi,

Onboarding a new member to the analytics team and having issues getting reports to render for the user. Reports render fine if I run them or a teammate runs them (using our own or his credentials). We validated all package versions are the same.

One thing to consider; he is on RStudio version 3.6.2 and we are on 3.6.1 - couldn't imagine that would be the primary driver.

When trying to knit a document, the user is provided the following error on his local machine:

"pandoc.exe: filenamexxx.utf8.md: openBinaryFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)
Error: pandoc document conversion failed with error 1"

Any help/thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

Tell your colleague to save the rmd in his/her local drive, make sure it is not a network drive and not a read only directory.

Thanks @zeehio

Will test today. Odd part would be that the rest of the team operates directly off the share drive and do not run into issues. However, if it work son his local desktop then perhaps there are permission issues on the share.
