Please help in executing Rstudio in my computer.

HI I am trying to open Rstudio free version for student but unable to get it done. The error message is coming for which the print screen is shown below, please help me to rectify this.

Error message kept coming is: entry point_o__configure_narrow_argv could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-private-I1-1-0.dll.

Please help.
