plot to show time of interim analysis is insensitive to minimum follow-up time for survival endpoint

Hi guys!
I'm new to R. I want to plot a similar plot like below (see attached) to show time of interim analysis is insensitive to minimum follow-up time for survival endpoint.

I can assume necessary parameters (HR, total sample size, follow-up time, and timing of interim analysis, etc) to make this plot. I just don't know which R package and R code can allow me to make such a plot, to show the time of interim analysis is insensitive to minimum follow-up time.

I don't have much experience with this specific plot, so perhaps there is a package that does it out of the box, but in the meantime you can check out this Task View: https://cran.r-project.org/web/views/Survival.html. I'm sure that there is at least a couple of packages that do something similar to what you want.
