I've only just returned to R after 3 years in a very different role to where I am now so apologies if this is an obvious question for anyone!
So I'm looking to make a survey in markdown that I can distribute through my team to gauge satisfaction. The closest I've gotten to this so far is using the quiz function that's in the learnr package however I don't know how this would log responses or if this is possible. Wondering on the whole if it's possible to create a survey/questionnaire/poll in R and markdown where it'll be possible to analyse the responses?
