How can i get the probability of obtaining a confidence interval(CI), (for a proportion) less than or equal to the CI that i specified when using ranges of sample sizes (given the probability of outcome )?
I am actually asking about some library that is equivalent to PROC POWER/onesamplefreq statement in SAS.
