Predicting using Historical Data

Hello,

I am trying to figure out an easy way to forecast what location a food truck should sell for the week of December 7 to 13th, 2020 using historical data from 2013. Basically using variables like City, precipitation, temperature and weekday. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
