Problem I'm facing

I download the R and install it but I'm facing the issue when i open Rstudio it's not opening.

Solve ASAP

Did you try reinstalling the program ?
You can also try the installer less version. See Zip and Tarbal here: Download RStudio - RStudio

I can't be sure since you are not providing information about your system but I remember seeing this issue before and it was due to the lac of system updates.
Can you give more information about your system?
