Problem launching R Studio with R 4.0.2

Hi. I have been using R Studio with R 4.0.2 without any problem on my Windows laptop, but now when I try to launch it through my Cloudpaging Player from Apps Anywhere on Google Chrome it goes through the process of 'Activating', 'Validating', a Windows Command screen, and then 'Deactivating'.

I wonder if anyone can help me solve this problem and help me to get back on it. Thanks very much.
