Problem loading 'rjags' -- name too long?

Hey, I'm trying to load some packages and every time I get the same error message:
Loading required package: R2jags
Loading required package: rjags
Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘rjags’:
.onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'rjags', details:
call: dir.exists(x)
error: file name conversion problem -- name too long?
Error: package ‘rjags’ could not be loaded
In addition: Warning messages:
1: package ‘simmr’ was built under R version 4.1.3
2: package ‘R2jags’ was built under R version 4.1.3
3: package ‘rjags’ was built under R version 4.1.3

Does anyone know what could be the problem? I've tried moving JAGS to the working directory and nothing.

Could you try updating R and all packages to the latest version?

What is your operating system, Windows?

What is the result of these commands:

You can edit out your name if you want, but does it contain any special character, for example "é"?
