Problem when running RStudio on Mac

I cannot launch RStudio on Mac iOS Catalina 10.15. I receive the following message:

Hi @bistravassileva,
Welcome to the RStudio Community Forum.

You haven't given us much to go on. Looks like your Mac cannot find the directory where RStudio is installed. Have you checked where that is, and whether that directory appears in the $PATH?

Please read R for Mac OS X FAQ (see Help) section 9 and adjust your system preferences accordingly.

I couldn't find the information in Help section what exactly should I change.

Actually RStudio works and I am not sure should I change anything.
