Problems with display

I have r and rstudio downloaded on my laptop, and rstudio doesn't work properly. It's very slow. However the main problem is with the pixelation. The screen display often breaks up into different sections of pixels, making it impossible to do any sort of work.

I have a Hp Pavilion Notebook,
Processor : AMD A10 Extreme edition R8, 4C +8G 2.00 GHz
Windows 10
64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

Hi, welcome!

Have you tried changing to software rendering?, you can change it by holding the Ctrl key while opening RStudio, then you should see this menu and change the "Rendering Engine" to "Software".
