Project won't load after deleting "stringi"

My project "GH" (https://rstudio.cloud/project/553659) will not load.
This occurred after I deleted the "stringi" folder within the project file hierarchy.
Why did I do that? because I was unable to run the project - this problem occurred suddenly, the system wanted to install some packages, but they wouldn't install - and reading various forums, I was told that delete stringi would fix the problem. So, that's where I'm now. Project will not load at all.
