Publishing app hanging for hours with no error or warning messages

Hi,
I'm publishing an app (Rmarkdown_Flexdashboard) to Shiny.io which has successfully published before but today the deployment is hanging for hours. The change I made was to include a dropbox token/.httr-oauth file in the files being published. I'm getting the following two lines of text under the Deploy tab of RStudio and a spinning circle like it is thinking about it.

Preparing to deploy document...DONE
Uploading bundle for document: 581026...

It often takes a while but not hours without any error or warning messages. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

Could you set the option rsconnect.http.trace to TRUE and attach the output please?
