Error Information:

Rstudio Desktop version 1.1.463 installed on the linux cluster with CentOS7 starts with the following error:
QXcbConnection: XCB error: 145 (Unknown), sequence: 161, resource id: 0, major code: 139 (Unknown), minor code: 20

In addition the following error is displayed upon closing rstudio:

QApplication::qAppName: Please instantiate the QApplication object first
setNativeLocks failed: Resource temporarily unavailable

Here is some additional information about the Rstudio desktop version (copied from "About" window):
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/538.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) RStudio Safari/538.1 Qt/5.4.0
