After installing R and R Studio, other users cannot run R Studio. The icon is there for them to start R Studio, but no icons for R are found even though it was installed by another user with admin access.
So when another user tries to start R Studio, it complains that R is not found even though it is installed. It tries to find it but does not work. Original user who installed it has no problem.
I was thinking there might be an option to tell R and R Studio installers to make the software available to all users, but that is not the case when I just tried re-installing.
So, the question is, how can a different user run R and R Studio on the same computer when they logon to the computer?
