I am looking for research opportunities in the area of blockchain and cryptocurrency. I am asking if there are any R packages that retrieve such data that are feasible to do empirical tests on. For example, historical cryptocurrencies price and trading volume information and initial coin offering information will be quite useful for me.
I am currently using the Quandl R package to get BT coin data, hopefully there are more data available. I guess this question seems more related to ROpensci.
