I need a server to process a massive data test, is it possible to rent a cloud server and send jobs to it?

As far as I know RStudio Cloud is still in test phase and is not offered as a commercial product yet, but you can rent a large virtual server on AWS, Google Cloud or any other provider and run your analysis there.
