R Console and Rstudio Console show different languages during the installation of packages

Hi everyone, please let me show you my using versions of R, Rstudio and Windows 10 first.

R version : 4.2.0 (2022-04-22 ucrt)
Rstudio version: RStudio 2022.02.2+485 "Prairie Trillium" Release
Windows 10 version: 21H2

Question:
When I installed the R package of tidyverse in R Console and RStudio Console, the language in the two consoles are different. R Console shows English, while RStudio shows a little Chinese. Why?
