R funtionality - Defaulted packages

Hello All,

Could anyone be so kind to let me know why these packages are defaulted when we start the R console?

Defaulted packages:

getOption("defaultPackages")
[1] "datasets" "utils" "grDevices" "graphics" "stats" "methods"
