R is taking longer to start than usual

I am running RStudio 1.3.1073 with R 4.0.2 on an AWS instance with Ubuntu 18.04. The instance is a Louis Aslett AMI.
RStudio starts normally and runs well but suddenly the interface is hidden and on screen only appears the message "R is taking longer to start than usual", with three options: Reload - Safe mode - Terminate R.
Although I press Reload the interface doesn't show. Sometimes I have had to finish the session because I didn't access to session, although RStudio was up.
Any can help me with this issue?
