Hi! Suddenly I'm not able to install packages anymore. I get this message any time I try to install a new package. I'm using the updated version of R.
Please help me figure this out!!

It seems for Big Sur, only R4.2 and R4.3 are covered by this mirror. The best would be for you to update to a more recent version of R, is there a reason you want to continue using R 4.1?
Alternatively, there are mirrors that still cover 4.1, so you could change you mirror.
