R server and R Shiny App on AWS cloud

Hi guys

I am trying to set up the inbound rules to access R server through the website.

I was able to set it up through putty and ubuntu but I cannot connect to the server

Based on this website

I created these inbound rules,

but then when I copy my Public IPv4 address followed by 8787

http://xxxxx:8787

I cannot reach the website,

I would really appreciate if you could help me
