I am occasionally getting R Session Aborted. No detectable pattern to it.
Also a gc warning message - having never seen gc warnings with this code before
I would not say that the code had changed that much - but I guess the gc errors indicate running out of memory?
I know I have supplied very little information but happy to run any diagnostics that people recommend.
